Training & Development
We believe that continuing education is very important. We send our technicians through continuing education courses regularly to maintain and expand their abilities. We feel our technicians are properly trained for any mechanical system. Our service technicians receive training in various areas including: computer training, DDC controls, pneumatic controls, boilers, rooftop units, low and medium temperature refrigeration. Our piping technicians receive training in plumbing code and installation, welding, mathematics, high-pressure piping (ammonia and steam), safety procedures, plan review and drafting. Our sheetmetal technicians are competent working with round, spiral, galvanized, stainless steel and other materials. We also specialty train our technicians for the installation, maintenance and repair of geothermal heating and cooling systems.
